We’re a Levantine-leaning rotisserie joint with food that’s alive, textured, and impossible to ignore. Think hummus worth hoarding, falafel that’s green and juicy inside, dips you’ll want to stock in your fridge, fresh fluffy pita, veg that’s anything but an afterthought, and birds spinning in an open kitchen like it’s theater.

In the dining room:
Citrusy, herb-stacked dishes with a little polish, a little play, and a lot of flavor. Layer in a big bar, cold beer, fun cocktails, date-night vibes, and kid-friendly ease, and the room starts to glow. Bright, warm, and a little spicy.
Bevy on the fly:
Our fast, grab-and-go arm for real life. It’s for the pre-shift food run, the after-school chaos fix, the “please someone else handle dinner” nights, your next party flex. Rotisserie birds, mezze, dips for days, fluffy pita, falafel, sauces you’ll want to put on everything. Quick, clean, delicious, done.
The Coop
The Coop is where Bevy and Pearson’s meet outside. A shared patio anchored by a fire pit and outdoor bar, serving casual eats, beer, and cocktails. Built for long evenings, easy drop-ins, and the kind of gathering that spills across tables. It’s a place to post up, drift between doors, meet friends, and stretch the night a little longer.
